Brilliant gadget does exactly what I need of it. Costumer care was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Rang on a Friday (before a Bankholiday) if it’s possible to collect it as I wanted to take it with me over the weekend. I was looked after and collect it Saturday morning. I bought the Ecoflow Delta 2 mostly for away days and overnight trips. Turns out I use it for so much more, having portable power is a great thing to have, movie nights in the garden, running the rotisserie on the BBQ, charging drills when I’m doing a bit of DIY around the place.

These guys were so good do deal with. As a production company we used their Delta 2 power bank for on set power while shooting in a remote location. The team were super helpful when purchasing and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Will 100% be back again. Thanks again guys.

Off Your Grid is a great company to deal with. I originally bought a River Mini and Bag from them and have since made other purchases including a Solar Panel and Cables. The EcoFlow products are so well thought out and have been a welcome addition to our holidays ,camping trips and many other uses on a day to day basis. Christina and Darren are so knowledgeable, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. I look forward to dealing with them again.

I telephoned some twelve days after buying river max online and spoke to Christina to explain my predicament. I had not made the right purchase for my electrical needs and wanted to return my item to upgrade to the delta mini. Christina ensured I was looked after by the company eventhough I was out of terms with the returns policy. Due to narrow timelines Offyourgrid invited me to return & collect from their residential property for quick turnaround of the matter. Customer service like this I think sometimes only in Ireland or maybe even only at Offyourgrid. Bought a River Flow 600 for our new warehouse. Really wanted to buy one from an Irish or EU supplier & found this company in Kildare. Sent them a quick email, asking a ton of questions & got a lovely phone call from Christina the very next day. She ran through everything with me, what it could & couldn’t do. Delivery times (as it was currently on back order). Recommended the best model for my needs. Absolutely brilliant customer service & it was very re-assuring to receive this prior to purchase, especially on a high ticket item. So after a few days of thinking it over, I placed my order on the website which was very easy to use. Delivery just arrived this morning & am truly delighted & excited to start using this! I bought the Delta Max in case there are power cuts during the winter. I need it to run my computers and keep the fridge/freezer going in the event of a power outage and it’s more than up to that task. The folks at OYG were efficient and friendly. I’ll be back for a second battery and solar cells next year. Recommended!

I bought the Ecoflow Delta a week ago. Last night on a beautiful summer evening we had a four and a half hour power outage. It powered the hair dryer for my wife(just dyed hair) no problem. Then plugged in TV, router, Apple TV, Wi-Fi extender and Sonos amp, used it for three hours, not a glitch it worked perfectly and when finished the unit had 81% left. More than happy with purchase.
